Savant Consulting Group, a New Jersey based provider of IT Services,
announced today that it had inked a multi-year contract with
one of the largest pharmaceutical companies out of Japan to
provide outsourced project based and staffing solutions. Among

a contract to outsource the quality and performance testing
of the global site of a leading computer and peripherals manufacturer

Savant today announced that it was being acquired by technology
investors, HandsOn Ventures, LLC, based out of Santa Monica,
CA. Savant management envisions synergies to arise out of cross
selling of services through other portfolio companies within
the HOV group.

| HP offers full support
for Red Hat Linux enterprise products (03/19/03) |
Linux vendor Red Hat Inc. today announced an expanded partnership
with Hewlett-Packard Co., that will provide enterprise customers
with full global sales and support for Red Hat's products on
HP hardware. Under the deal, HP will become one of Red Hat's
"preferred vendors," joining existing preferred vendors
IBM and Dell Computer Corp., in providing sales and support
around the world.

| Sun unveils new products
aimed at business developers (03/19/03) |
Responding to requests and feedback from software developers,
Sun Microsystems Inc., today said it has expanded it's online
developer resources with a new Sun Developer Network that combines
a number of pre-existing resources into one portal. The updated
and expanded developer program was unveiled at the Web Services
Edge Conference 2003 in Boston, as Sun outlined some of its
latest moves to encourage developers to create applications.
